Spain's Gas Natural Fenosa is considering construction of an LNG terminal in Colombia.
Chairman Salvador Gabarro said the proposal is part of a planned expansion in Latin America that could involve €3 billion ($4.1 billion) in investments, Bloomberg News reported.
Bogota ordered a study in August analysing three potential locations for a receiving facility.
